Child-Centric Virtual Exhibit
Still time to purchase artworks!
A MUST SEE! SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!
FINAL DAYS! There is still time to purchase artworks. Simply contact the artist with the slide information above.
CHILD-CENTRIC ART
It is helpful to remember that Child-Centric art has historically used youth strategies for inspiration. The participating Child-Centric artists had fun creating original artworks in oils, watercolors, photographs/photo manipulated photographs, encaustic, mixed media and everything in between. Entries include abstracts, representational, illustrative, experimental, ceramic, sculptural... all thought provoking and so much more.
Let your imagination go! We invite artists to submit works that embody the essence of the unusual, funny, pleasant ideas inspired by Whimsy and the magic of being creative. Capture moments of boundless elation or the quiet contentment found in everyday life. Imagine artworks that reflect happiness, love, and the simple pleasures that bring joy to our lives. Share your personal expression of whimsy with a sense of wonder and art making magic!
Exploration of how art can inspire new ways of seeing the world. Doors, windows, gates, archways, etc. can represent welcome, invitation, encouragement, visual surprises, new beginnings and opportunities. How will your art inspire a new way of seeing?

The use of light’s reflective nature as it bounces off any surface or art that reflects a thought, an idea, etc. Artists are encouraged to let their creative vision be their guide.
